fine dining...
i've been working hard lately. i signed up for three straight days in a row, not because i was delighted at the fact of filling napkin dispensers, vacuuming floors, and cleaning tables for hours on end, but because i'd feel bad not working. the staff is so short handed in the dining hall; kostya was practically on his knees begging me that i work this weekend. yesterday was fun, because both lindsey and anna were on my shift... but i'd say today was better, because i made some closer connections with people.

james was there today. i'm not sure if i've mentioned him before... anyway, he's a senior this year i believe, but he's pretty nifty-- he almost looks like keanu reeves, so he's rather nice to look at. :P but anyway, he's a rather interesting person, has no fear in belting out good songs in a terrible voice, and will entertain me by juggling fruit on command. fancy that eh? ;) he also asked me some iffy questions like am i religious, do i drink, and do i have a boyfriend. but you know, it's all cool, because he was just curious. and well, curiousity is the basis of life! :P an individual, perchance...

and i got phil to write today! woo!
